ARMY MUSEUM PARIS

The Army Museum is the national military museum of France located at Les Invalides in the 7th arrondissement of Paris.

 

It was originally built by Louis XIV as a hospital and home for disabled soldiers. It is now the display site for the Tomb of Napoleon and and houses a massive collection of military paraphernalia dating from antiquity to the present day, exhibiting over 500,000 objects, including weapons, armour, artillery, uniforms, emblems and paintings.
